| One of the top returnees from a year ago, Guy Mandel Heath defies his nickname "Sugar Bear" when he takes
the mat. He will wrestle at heavyweight this season. His career mark for the previous two seasons is 18-12-- 13-7
(1977) and 5-5 (1978), and his career is only half over. The junior came to SJSU from Oceana High in San Bruno,
where he was coached by Bill Gray. He competed in football (4 years), basketball (2 years), track and field (4
years) and wrestling (2 years). And was also an honor student. In wrestling he won the league and CCS championships
as a heavyweight at OHS and at SJSU he won the title for "1977 Most Falls". He is a business administration

| He will wrestle again at Hwt this season if he is not redshirted. Last year he had an overall record of 22-10 with
7 falls. The one-time letter winner had a dual meet mark of 10-5 and went 12-5 in tournaments. He placed 2nd in
the PCAA championships. |

| A returning redshirted Spartan, Guy Heath is a senior with 40 careers wins coming into the 1980-81 season. He will
wrestle at Hwt again. Guy is 40-22 at SJSU with seasons of 13-7 (1977), 5-5 (1978), and 22-10 (1979). Guy is a
marketing major with an english minor. He enjoys comics, reading, and writing. |
