Coach Hugh Mumby and an eight man wrestling team left for Eugene, Oregon at 6:00 this morning to compete in the
Pacific Coast Intercollegiate championship tomorrow and Saturday.
Mumby feels Ken Spagnola, Russ Camilleri, and George Uchida have "excellent chances" of winning titles
in their weight divisions.
Spagnola (157) has a dandy 8-1 record in dual meet competition. Camilleri (191), Senior Pacific AAU champ, has
won nine of his ten matches. |
