SJSU Wrestling Archives The Spartan Daily 12-3-41                   Novice Wrestling Tourney Postponed Until Next Week           Because of other interfering sports activities this week, the annual novice wrestling tournament was postponed until next week, states Sam Della Maggiore, wrestling coach. It would not be fair to the coaches and teams to hold the tournament when many of their members are missing, announces Della Maggiore. "With the extra week of practice, i will have a much better team, with new talent being added, so that we will be invincible," states Dave Hines, still smarting from the earlier deal when his team left for Hawaii just before the tourney was to be held. However, coaches Ivan Olsen and Al Long predict victory with their larger numbers, who will have a better chance to familiarize themselves with the holds.
