| San Jose State's varsity wrestlers, still smarting from a 17-8 defeat at the hands of a strong Cal Poly squad,
take on the Stanford Indians tonight at 7:30 on the Spartan mats. Varsity mat coach Hugh Mumby credits Stanford with having "their best team in recent years," and they should be a good match for the Spartans. The Indian grapplers were defeated by Cal Poly earlier last week by a score similar to that which the Mustangs posted over the Spartans.
