| Coach Hugh Mumby's team has defeated two opponents in dual meet competition thus far and he's glad to have the
wins at this point. "We have some real strong competition coming up," stated Mumby. The Spartans will
face UCLA, Oregon, Oregon State, San Diego State and Cal Poly-SLO in other matches. |

| Heavyweight Don Anderson is the only undefeated wrestler on the Spartan squad. He has won a tournament title in
one tournament and two dual meets. Unbeaten in dual meets are Cliff Olsen and Art Beatty. |

| Warren King, undefeated at 147 pounds last year, has yet to compete in dual meet competition, but Mumby expects
him in the lineup before too long. |
